Senior Options Homecare was formed out of the necessity to find compassionate,
experienced and loving caregivers for our own family members. All of our clients are considered a part of
our family and because of this, we seek out and hire only the best. Our
caregivers are selected not only for their level of experience but also for
their great compassion and need to serve and care for others.
A Caregiver in Your Home
We value
your privacy and safety. We recognize that having a stranger in your home
is a big change for you. That is why we make sure that our caregivers are
trustworthy and reliable. We conduct evaluation, testing, and training to
make sure that we provide you with the best caregivers available. All of our
caregivers are meticulously screened, bonded and insured. We only place a
caregiver who has the necessary experience and character to fulfill your
individual and unique needs.

Our
caregivers understand their jobs and are committed to excellence. They are
mission focused and client centered. We strive not only to meet your
requirements but to exceed your expectations. If for whatever reason you
are not satisfied with your caregiver, we will replace him or her within 24
hours upon notice. Our goal is to make every effort to match your
personality and interests with that of your caregiver.
Please be
assured that our caregivers:
- Are not allowed to
accept gifts from clients
- Are required to follow a dress code and a code of conduct
- Arrive on time, complete their assigned tasks, and treat our clients with
courtesy and respect
- Receive a rigorous and thorough background check
- Are fluent in English
- Receive regular on-site supervision
